Jag, with an innate musical prowess, began his enthralling journey into the world of music at the age of 11, initially illuminating the stage as the backing guitarist for his brother.
With a fervor for perfection and a keen ear for detail, he swiftly mastered intricate riffs, propelling him into his first band. This was the commencement of an ascent that has been nothing short of meteoric in the music realm.
Throughout his illustrious career, Jag's bands, celebrated for their virtuosity, have shared the stage with renowned groups like Dorje, Freeze The Atlantic, Brigade, Free Throw, and Closure in Moscow. His accolades don’t stop there.
He has been instrumental in leading his bands to resounding victories in prestigious "battle of the bands" contests. As a testament to his versatile and unparalleled skills, Jag has also clinched individual triumphs in talent competitions.
His solo endeavors have birthed two masterfully crafted EPs, both resonating with listeners on major digital streaming platforms.

Originating from South Birmingham and proudly carrying his rich Indian heritage, Jag’s musical proclivities were a delightful anomaly during his academic years.
Immersed in the rebellious anthems of rock through his brother's CD collection, he reveled in the electrifying tunes of legends like Metallica and Guns N' Roses during his nascent guitar-playing days.
With an insatiable musical appetite, he soon ventured into the realms of bands like Muse and Incubus, broadening his sonic horizons. A devoted scholar of music theory, Jag’s approach to music is thoughtful and sophisticated.
Rather than indulging in showmanship, he is dedicated to enhancing the overall composition, a philosophy he shares with the likes of Mark Knopfler. Jag holds a firm belief that while a musician is inevitably a mosaic of their influences, the pinnacle of artistry is achieved when one can channel these inspirations while radiating a distinctive, personal sound.
The best thing about playing live for me is the feeling of satisfying the audience, seeing them having a good time provides me with a sense of accomplishment and purpose. People work hard all week they deserve to enjoy themselves and have a dance at a show! To be the one to provide that is a privilege!
