Meet Levi Washington, the extraordinary one-man band, a loop pedal virtuoso with a plethora of skills As a guitarist, pianist, singer, rapper, human beatbox, harmonica player and more, Levi is a true musical chameleon, seamlessly blending various genres and styles to create his own unique sound.
Hailing from Leamington Spa, Levi has earned a reputation as a mesmerising performer, dazzling audiences with his unparalleled live shows. Armed with an impressive setup, including 2 loop pedals, a drum pad, a keyboard, 2 guitars, and harmonicas, he skilfully orchestrates an entire ensemble, including his own backing vocal choir like symphonies, all in a solo act that defies the boundaries of what a single artist can achieve.
Levi's original compositions have garnered recognition on prestigious platforms such as Radio 6 and BBC Music Introducing for Coventry & Warwickshire + BBC West Midlands. With over 20 self-made and self-released EPs available online, accompanied by hundreds of live videos on his Facebook page "Levi Washington Music," his creative output knows no bounds.
In the summer of 2018, Levi's talent caught the attention of established artists, earning him coveted opportunities to support the likes of Tom Clarke of The Enemy on his acoustic UK tour and later, sharing the stage with John Power of The La's and Cast. He has graced prominent stages, including the unsigned stage at Birmingham Arena, making his presence felt in the music scene.

What does Levi do?
During the lockdown, Levi's virtuosity garnered the attention of industry giants, and he was honoured to become a sponsored artist by BOSS/Roland and Tanglewood Guitars. In autumn 2021, he expanded his horizons and launched a booking agency, organising shows for numerous artists across 30 venues in Coventry & Warwickshire. Levi's relentless passion for music fuels him to perform 5-6 shows a week and host multiple open mic and jam nights throughout the midlands.
Not content with just performing, Levi is a prolific songwriter, releasing an original song every week for an entire year. His talent has led him to headline major events like the Coventry Xmas Lights Festival, where he wowed a crowd of over 7000 people. Beyond performing, Levi has made significant strides in the business world, establishing his music agency, The Phoenix Collective, which provides invaluable opportunities for aspiring and professional musicians in the local area.
As 2022 rolled around, Levi's star continued to rise, earning coveted opening slots for renowned artists such as Starsailor and Craig David. His remarkable talents also earned him recognition in the business community, winning the Warwickshire Business Award for Best Freelancer.
In 2023, Levi's journey shows no signs of slowing down. From mentoring emerging artists to hosting open mic events and performing electrifying solo gigs, he embodies the epitome of an artist dedicated to his craft. A standout example of a true artist, Levi Washington remains one of the busiest and hardest-working musicians in the country.
His unparalleled passion, drive, and undeniable talent ensure that his musical legacy will continue to shine brightly for years to come. Most recently, he had the honor of supporting the esteemed Grammy award-winning artist Tony Hadley, solidifying his status as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.
